• You provide daily support to e-commerce entrepreneurs via email and video calls for accounting-related issues. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication. • Identify recurring problems and contribute to improving our solutions. • Work closely with the Onboarding Automation Team to guarantee customer success.

Job Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (experience with SMART goals).
  • Experience using DATEV (mandatory).
  • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
  • Independent, structured and process-oriented way of working.
  • Open to feedback, comfortable with digital tools, and remote-first work.
  • Fluent in German and English.
