Product Manager, Patient Experience

• Own our vendor relationships end-to-end • Drive active implementation projects from requirements through go-live • Take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives • Maintain and improve the operational infrastructure of the product organization • Use AI tools as a core productivity layer • Partner directly with the CPO to manage her priority list
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role in a technology company
- Demonstrated experience managing complex vendor relationships and implementations, ideally in healthcare or another regulated environment
- Track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Strong written communication
- Comfortable operating quickly, in ambiguity, at a fast-moving startup
- Technical fluency
- Genuine AI fluency: you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily
