• Own packaging execution end to end — concept, manuscript, artwork, proofs, and sample cycles • Drive launch execution at volume — manage full lifecycle of launches • Own product lines — be the expert on the brands and SKUs • Manage vendor and supplier relationships — ensure timelines and quality standards are met • Support post-launch optimization and identify opportunities for improvements • Act as the connective tissue — manage communication and drive decisions

Role Description Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of features for the team to grow adoption of self-serve business products, including tools used by small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or similar business segments. - Partner with engineers, designers, data, research, and other PMs on developing new features/specs. - Lead early-stage (zero-to-one) product initiatives in an ambiguous or resource-constrained environment. - Design and analyze experiments and use data-driven insights to evaluate product impact, inform roadmap decisions, and communicate learnings to the team/execs and the company. - Work with cross-functional partners to launch/maintain features impacting Reddit’s advertiser growth. - Drive market and usability research to understand opportunities and develop strategy across user acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention funnels. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or closely related quantitative discipline. - One year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
