Role Description Your future role at a glance - Location: Remote - Department/Specialty: Chief Legal Counsel - Schedule: Full time, days - Salary: $146,000.00- $248,200.00 per year - Eligible for an annual bonus incentive - #LI-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role: - Drafting, reviewing and negotiating managed care agreements, including value based care arrangements. - Advising on reimbursement policies and regulatory requirements for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers, including risk adjustment compliance. - Advising on disputes and litigation related to payer payment and contractual issues. - Advising on clinically Integrated Network issues and antitrust compliance. Qualifications - Licensure / Certification / Registration: Attorney obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. - Education: Juris Doctorate degree required. - Work Experience: 5 years of experience as licensed, practicing attorney required. Requirements - Experience working with provider/payer agreements. - Experience drafting and advising on managed care payer agreements.
