Qualifications - Proven experience in residential conveyancing with minimal day-to-day supervision or you have 2+ years post qualified experience. - Recent CPD including AML training. - Strong communication skills. - Strong affinity for digital tools and modern ways of working. - Experience and competency in sale, purchase, remortgage and transfers of equity work. - Experience of freehold, leasehold and new build property transactions. - Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a work load at short notice. - A flexible, adaptable approach. - Ambition to develop your conveyancing experience and skills. - Ability to work within a team.
