Role Description We are looking for a GoHighLevel & Automation Specialist to build, optimize, and manage our lead generation and customer automation systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who does not just follow a checklist but thinks critically to build scalable solutions. You will be a key player in our operations, responsible for maintaining the infrastructure that allows our business to scale efficiently. - Build and optimize GoHighLevel automations for inbound lead management. - Develop and maintain n8n integrations between GoHighLevel and other business systems. - Create AI chatbots and conversation flows to engage, qualify, and nurture inbound leads. - Manage CRM pipelines and lead stages to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up. - Build automated appointment booking, reminders, confirmations, and follow-up sequences. - Write compelling nurturing copy for email and SMS automation campaigns. - Monitor and optimize workflows to improve lead conversion and operational efficiency. - (Preferred) Build reporting dashboards to track lead sources, campaign performance, and conversion rates. Qualifications - Proven experience with GoHighLevel. - Strong experience building automations for inbound lead handling. - Hands-on experience with n8n integrations (required). - Experience building AI chatbots and conversational workflows. - Experience managing CRM pipelines and lead tracking. - Experience creating appointment booking and follow-up automations. - Strong copywriting skills for lead nurturing via email and SMS. Requirements - Highly Preferred: Experience with Mindbody and the Mindbody Marketing Suite. - Nice to Have: Experience building reporting dashboards and tracking lead sources and conversion metrics. Role Description Soleo Health is seeking an Acute Clearance Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work Remotely (USA). Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! Acute home infusion experience required, and must be able to work 8.00-4:30pm Central Time. The Clearance Specialist is responsible for processing new referrals including but not limited to verifying patient eligibility, test claim adjudication, coordination of benefits, and identifying patient estimated out of pocket costs.
