Patient Experience Specialist

Murj | Empowering Modern Cardiac Device Care

• Educate patients on remote monitoring and guide patients in pairing/transmitting data via home monitors or mobile apps • Provide instructions for device setup, care, and troubleshooting • Collaborate with Murj’s Remote Clinical Services Managers, Remote Clinical Specialists, and Account Managers, and clinic’s Device Technicians, Cardiologists, Nurses, and scheduling teams • Communicate device-related instructions between patient and clinical staff • Accurately document patient interactions in the Murj Platform and the clinic EMR (e.g., Epic, Cerner, NextGen) • Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications • Track patient compliance with daily/weekly transmissions • Follow up with non-transmitting patients promptly and professionally • Provide disconnected list and act on lost or follow-up patients utilizing Murj Data Analytics tools • Understand cardiac device types and associated software (e.g., Medtronic CareLink, Merlin.net, Latitude, BIOTRONIK) • Be an integral part of Alert Care Protocol implementation at Onboarding as well as Core and ILR Alert Configuration Protocols when applicable on a per clinic basis • Provide flexible support for future product updates

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working with remote cardiac monitoring systems (e.g., Medtronic CareLink, Merlin.net, Latitude, BIOTRONIK)
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs), such as Epic or Cerner
  • Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or cardiac devices, with a basic understanding of cardiology concepts

About the Role:We are seeking a detail oriented and analytically sound Compensation Lead to own the end-to-end management of our compensation systems. You will be responsible for ensuring systems like Radford (survey reporting) and Pave (cycle management) are set up to support Affirm’s policies, procedures, and employees.
