• Own the architecture, technical roadmap, and production releases for CORA, holding the team accountable for quality, reliability, and delivery pace • Stay hands-on through architectural design, code review, and selective coding where it sets the technical bar for the team • Hire, develop, and retain a team of 5–6 engineers, with deliberate investment in coaching, career growth, and performance management • Establish the engineering standards, operational practices, and delivery rhythm appropriate to an early-stage greenfield product • Guide the design of the core rules engine, the claims pipeline, and the AI innovation that moves COB determinations to be more accurate and efficient • Drive platform decisions for extensibility, scalability, and the security that regulated healthcare data demands as CORA onboards new payers • Partner with product, ML, UX, and operations to translate evolving payer and analyst requirements into scoped, sequenced work with measurable targets • Align stakeholders across teams on priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines, and drive cross-functional decisions cleanly to closure • Define and report the metrics that demonstrate engineering and product impact to leadership and to partner teams across the company • Represent the team to executive and customer audiences, presenting results and clear articulation of technical strategy

• Lead, grow, and develop a team of Design Engineers and Core Frontend Engineers; own hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, performance, and career growth. • Set the team's direction, goals, and priorities, translating platform strategy into a clear roadmap and execution plan. • Foster a culture that values collaboration, inclusion, craft, and creativity. • Mentor Design Engineers and frontend engineers, modeling strong craft, collaboration, and pragmatism. • Own SimSpace's core frontend repositories, design system (e.g., Monorail), component libraries, and overall frontend architecture—treating the platform as a product with a roadmap and measurable quality. • Steward architectural decisions and manage technical and UX debt deliberately, balancing long-term health with delivery needs. • Own the relationship between engineering and UX Design, ensuring alignment between design (Figma) and implementation (code, Storybook). • Partner with Product Management to align frontend work with business objectives and timelines, and maintain the plans and resourcing for predictable delivery. • Champion accessibility (a11y) at the component, system, and organizational level, with WCAG-aligned standards and guidance. • Drive UX quality, polish, responsive design standards, and consistency across the product.

• Own the technical roadmap in close collaboration with the product team and executive leadership. • Set the vision for engineering culture, delivery standards, and high development velocity. • Ensure engineering goals align with internal Adoreal priorities as well as clinic partners. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI teams. • Lead a 30+ person engineering team (and growing) across multiple time zones, with a majority based in LATAM. • Hire, mentor, and develop engineering managers and high-performance contributors. • Foster a culture of learning the business and acting on behalf of the business with high accountability • Manage and deliver routine performance evaluations and performance improvement plans. • Oversee architecture and execution of scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. • Create new products from scratch & integrate and adapt API driven solutions to scale product portfolio and address partner needs for ERP systems • Own DevOps, infrastructure, and data security strategies. • Help develop and build our IT department including, MDM, SSO, and HIPAA compliance. • Stay at the forefront of AI trends and translate them into tangible platform improvements. • Ensure the engineering org builds GDRP, HIPAA, and other-compliant, scalable SaaS solutions for the US plastic surgery practices.

• Come lead our customer-facing Agentic AI product leveraging LLMs, agents, and internal APIs to create a magical experience for our customers. • Work with partners like OpenAI to integrate Jerry.ai services directly into the ChatGPT App and pioneer new model capabilities. • Define the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform. • Own the technical prioritization queue. • Track voicebot and computer use to know when the technology crosses the threshold for serious investment.
