Role Description Weichert Financial Services is hiring a Destination Manager Assistant (DMA) for its Mortgage Mobility Division. This position will be remote. The Destination Manager Assistant (DMA) provides comprehensive sales and administrative support to borrowers on behalf of one or more high-producing Destination Managers (DM) with the primary objective of increasing closed loan production and company contribution margin. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient movement of loan files through the loan pipeline.
