Essential Duties and Responsibilities - This position will direct the development of a comprehensive program to enhance the Center for BrainHealth's stewardship activities, resulting in greater communication and engagement between BrainHealth and its donors. - Assist in development and execution of multi-year fundraising strategies to support the Center's long range strategic initiatives. - This role will lead and develop approach for key fundraising campaigns to reach established goals and create and manage lead funnels. - Leads development of annual report, endowment, and impact reports to key donors. - Work closely with the Events team to oversee execution of 100+ attendees at annual events both in-house and at outside venues, with the assistance of 50+ staff and numerous contracted vendors, coordinating planning, marketing, invitations, hosting, and event oversight and follow-up. Post-event meetings and review. - Drives partnership with UTD - Development team to ensure optimal collaboration and support. - Oversee donor stewardship. Database management. Outreach.
