Trainer
WASABIT - Talent Acquisition as a Service
• Partner with training manager and sales team to achieve relevant goals, strategies, and initiatives • Work with Sales Reps to build a plan each month for support of the new and existing accounts in the territory to support sell-in and sell-through • Provides training to existing and new accounts, to ensure clients’ correct and in-depth understanding of both brand and products • Support patient/consumer events • Ensure consistencies in brand messaging • Present to both small and large audiences live and virtually (office training to large-scale seminar) • On-board new hires within the internal team • Communicate and provide relevant feedback and reporting to sales and training • Attend key medical conferences/trade shows as needed • Other duties as assigned by training manager
Job Requirements
- 5+ yrs of experience in sales, training, or academic fields in the medical industry
- Fluent in Japanese
- Ability to read and write emails and documents in English for daily work
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Comfortable presenting to large groups
- Professional, polished appearance
- Self-directed, self-motivated
- Medical qualifications are a plus
- Medical aesthetic or dermatology experience
- Training experience
- Experience in sales
- Has worked in non-Japanese company
- Has worked in start-up environment
- Has a driving license, comfortable in driving a car when necessary
