Portfolio Associate – Reporting

• Own the accurate and timely entry of portfolio company data into the CRM • Collect, standardize, and reconcile periodic reporting from portfolio companies • Produce and maintain internal portfolio reports and dashboards for the Tether Capital team and senior leadership • Serve as an operational touchpoint for portfolio companies • Serve as the first operational point of contact for inbound dealflow • Support the investment team across the transaction lifecycle • Continuously improve the team's operating infrastructure
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years in an operations, analyst, investment support or FP&A type role, ideally within venture capital or private equity
- Exceptional organizational skills and a near-obsessive attention to detail
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM and dealflow platforms
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to build, document and maintain repeatable processes
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and operate effectively in a remote, global, fast-moving environment.
