Inside Sales Representative

• Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to assigned accounts or territories. • Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients. • Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services that align with client needs and company objectives. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of accounts and contacts within your territory. • Update and manage customer data in the CRM system. • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals. • Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to engage with clients and prospects. • Create and send targeted email campaigns and promotional blasts on a weekly or biweekly basis. • Respond to all customer emails within one hour or less. • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally. • Become a subject matter expert on the clients products, pricing, and decoration methods. • Provide proactive and reactive recommendations to customers for products and projects. • Create and deliver virtual product presentations tailored to client needs. • Follow up on all leads, opportunities, sample requests, and projects. • Enter and manage sample requests. • Resolve customer issues and escalate challenges when necessary. • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Provide backup support to fellow team members as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of completed college coursework; a degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Ability to compile and interpret sales reports.
- Prior experience in the promotional products industry a requirement.
