• Process biweekly payrolls accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now • Review and validate timecards, overtime, and deductions • Ensure proper calculation and payment of employee wages, bonuses, commissions • Identify and recommend process improvements for payroll efficiency • Issue off-cycle manual payments as per payroll procedures and State requirements • Follow Corporate internal controls and maintain compliance with pre and post audits • Collaborate with HR, plants, and Finance departments for seamless payroll operations • Generate and issue accurate invoices for services/products rendered • Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions • Provide exceptional support regarding billing inquiries
