• Review scope notes, moisture logs, and photos to draft accurate, timely insurance mitigation estimates (Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, EMS, etc.). • Act as the critical bridge between our field teams, insurance adjusters, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure strict program compliance and swift approvals. • Write comprehensive, accurate mitigation estimates for Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, and Emergency Mitigation Services (EMS) using both Xactimate and Symbility. • Navigate, upload, and manage strict compliance metrics within major TPA programs (Alacrity, Sedgwick, Lionsbridge, Westhill, etc.). • Review field documentation, sketches, photos, and psychrometric logs to ensure the scope of work aligns with IICRC standards and carrier guidelines. • Monitor assignment queues daily—including weekends as necessary—to ensure all TPA Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are strictly met. • Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters and TPA auditors to justify estimates, resolve discrepancies, and secure timely approvals.

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents for Division 8 scope requirements • Prepare accurate cost estimates for doors, frames, hardware, and locking systems • Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing and product information • Analyze bid documents, addenda, and project revisions • Prepare and submit proposals and bid packages within deadlines • Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients regarding project requirements • Maintain organized estimating records and project documentation • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions • Ensure estimates align with company standards, project specifications, and industry regulations

• Prepare detailed take-offs from construction plans for various project scopes. • Estimate material quantities, including trims, frames, windows, doors, and moldings required for each job. • Review and interpret construction plans to ensure accuracy in measurements and calculations. • Provide precise project estimates and quotes for clients. • Work independently to deliver estimating deliverables such as material takeoffs, labor hours, and pricing proposals.

• Rapid Estimation: Create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates within 24 hours using historical data. • Procurement & Negotiation: Call US vendors, verify quotes, and negotiate deals. • Scoping & Logic: Identify scope gaps and account for all necessary components. • Value Engineering: Spot cost-effective solutions that maintain quality.
