• Build and improve the estimating system for the company • Collaborate on pricing and standardization of assembly • Ensure accuracy and reliability in estimates • Track and analyze estimation outcomes for improvement
• You'll own the day-to-day financial recordkeeping across a busy, fast-moving renovation operation. That means: - Maintaining our charts of accounts, general ledger, and historical records in QuickBooks - Downloading, verifying, and uploading receipts and invoices from vendors, contractors, and subs — following our approval and payment protocols - Entering transactional data into Procore (construction management) and Bill.com (payments) - Chasing down credit card receipts from field employees, keeping utilities current, and handling the administrative loose ends that keep a construction operation running clean - Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to our Controller
