• Partner with stakeholders to design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests that assess marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and operational changes. • Analyze performance shifts and deliver clear, actionable insights backed by data. • Translate test results and business initiatives into financial impact metrics like revenue lift, cost savings, or EBITDA gains. • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover emerging trends and opportunities in customer behavior. • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Excel) that empower teams to self-serve and track strategic performance. • Ensure data integrity through sound governance practices and aligned definitions across systems. • Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics with broader organizational goals. • Champion continuous improvement in analytics methodology and insight delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in business or marketing analytics
- Strong financial modeling skills with an ability to quantify business impact
- Comfort working across KPIs, from conversion rates to CAC and ROI
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- A natural communicator who can simplify complex findings for non-technical and executive audiences
- Bonus points for: MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
- Expertise in A/B testing methodology and statistical significance
- Experience with automation tools (VBA, PowerAutomate)

The Energy Intelligence team at Renew Home is responsible for the home energy optimization feature set which is at the heart of the value Renew Home provides.
