This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners. - Effectively research, write, and edit technical content. - Interact with engineers and applications specialists to gain an understanding of product(s) to develop technical content. - Collaborate with Technical Writers assigned to a project. - Perform peer reviews and other content edits. - Ensure Technical Publication compliance with QMS requirements. - Manage quality objectives, regulatory requirements, schedules, and program risks, making decisions based on business objectives. Quality Specific Goals: - Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. - Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. - Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Writing, or similar discipline. - Five years or more experience effectively managing complex projects (using project management tools) to ensure quality standards are met. - Experience creating technical documentation. - Experience working with subject matter experts, preferably trainers and engineers. - Proficiency in Adobe products (FrameMaker and Adobe Acrobat) and Microsoft Suite software. - Experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator a plus. - Experience with XML authoring tools. - Strong experience in project management working with Engineering context. - Working knowledge of electronics. Duration: 12+ months Location: Remote Seeking a senior technical resource to support the Systematics MRP function, perform requirement analysis, manage MRP-related SWRs/SRs, provide estimations/forecasting, and independently handle production support during peak periods. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership across Linux, DB2, and mainframe environments. - Perform business analysis of requirements; translate into technical deliverables. - Own estimation, forecasting, and delivery tracking from the MRP perspective. - Manage SWRs and SRs (MRP scope), including prioritization and status reporting. - Support and maintain WebFOCUS artifacts (apps, schedules, reports). - Maintain custom applications: Java-based ReportCaster scheduling app; HTML-based FInD maintenance. Qualifications - 15+ years in Linux + IBM DB2 + mainframe systems. - WebFOCUS: Self-Service, ReportCaster, report program maintenance. - Java (custom scheduling app) + HTML (custom app maintenance). - Informatica + Informatica Administration. - Strong production support ownership and troubleshooting skills. - Windows Server OS proficiency.

• Lead a team of technical writers supporting multiple product teams, ensuring balanced workload distribution, timely delivery of high-quality documentation, and escalation of risks or issues as needed. • Partner with engineers, developers, architects, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex technical information into high-quality training materials, technical documentation, and customer communications. • Serve as the primary technical writing lead, collaborating with customers, clients, program leadership, and cross-contract teams to define project scope, communication strategies, reporting requirements, and documentation priorities. • Develop and oversee the creation of technical briefs, web articles, training materials, knowledge articles, and technical documentation using Confluence, Jira, Contentful, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint. • Champion plain language principles and ensure all written content is accurate, engaging, Section 508 compliant, and aligned with program quality standards. • Establish documentation priorities, coordinate work assignments across the technical writing team, and monitor deliverables to ensure customer commitments are met. • Represent the program during customer meetings, technical reviews, presentations, and executive readouts, providing recommendations, documenting decisions, and communicating project status. • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment while mentoring team members and promoting continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards. • Demonstrate a positive, customer-centric, "can do" attitude while building trusted relationships across engineering, program, and customer organizations.
