Ejecutivo de Ventas

• Desarrollar comercialmente la plaza de Guadalajara, generando nuevas oportunidades y construyendo relaciones estratégicas con agencias de ventas de camiones y empresas de transporte. • Realizar prospección activa, presentaciones, armado de cotizaciones y cierre de ventas. • Gestionar contactos y construir redes con asesores comerciales de agencias automotrices. • Impulsar ventas orientadas a proyectos, no transaccionales. • Administrar agenda, pipeline y actividades de forma autónoma. • Registrar información en CRM (Monday). • Coordinarse con el equipo central para soporte técnico, administrativo y operativo. • Acompañar reuniones internas semanales con el equipo comercial.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia sólida en ventas B2B, idealmente en sectores como tecnología, automotriz, logística o transporte.
- Perfil hunter: competitivo, enérgico, social, con alta capacidad de apertura de mercado.
- Habilidad para generar confianza y construir relaciones comerciales duraderas.
- Excelente presentación personal y comunicación.
- Orientación a resultados y mentalidad emprendedora.
- Experiencia en ventas de soluciones/proyectos (deseable).
- Residencia en Guadalajara (excluyente).
