Job Requirements
- A degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related business discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in a global sales operations’ environment a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software systems and a strong command of data analysis tools (excel, tableau, python)
- A genuine curiosity for what drives business performance — and storytelling skills to make it actionable
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead without authority, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
