• Monitor and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments (primary platform) across Production, UAT, and Dev. • Support one Oracle database environment (OCI) in coordination with senior DBA resources. • Execute database maintenance tasks including backups, restores, index maintenance, patching support, and integrity checks. • Assist in troubleshooting database incidents and participate in root cause analysis (RCA). • Respond to database-related alerts and escalations in accordance with defined SLAs and call trees. • Manage and update work items through Jira in alignment with formal change and incident management processes. • Follow established Agile-like workflows for ticket intake, assignment, and resolution. • Ensure proper documentation of changes and operational procedures in Confluence. • Participate in post-incident reviews and documentation updates. • Support query performance tuning efforts under the guidance of senior DBAs. • Assist developers in identifying poorly performing queries and recommending indexing improvements. • Monitor database growth, capacity, and performance metrics. • Support Azure-hosted SQL databases. • Assist in operational tasks related to hybrid cloud environments. • Contribute to migration readiness activities for on-prem Data Warehouse and risk database workloads. • Operate within financial services regulatory and audit frameworks. • Ensure adherence to security, access control, and data governance standards. • Support audit requests and evidence gathering.

• Lead administration of Microsoft SQL Server environments across Production, UAT, and Dev. • Provide architectural oversight for hybrid database deployments (On-Prem + Azure + OCI). • Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for high-severity incidents. • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning. • Collaborate with business leaders to help deliver technical (database) roadmaps to support overall business goals. • Proactively analyze and optimize database performance. • Partner with development teams to tune complex queries and improve application efficiency. • Design and maintain HA/DR solutions (AlwaysOn, clustering, replication). • Ensure 24/7 operational readiness and SLA compliance. • Support migration of on-prem EDW and risk database to Azure. • Mentor junior DBAs and validate their work output.

• Responsible for z/OS DB2 system, application object and program product installation and management • Conduct disaster recovery for the DB2 system and application objects • Maintain and create processes and procedures for tasks and duties • Provide DB2 Database design and Implementation, configuration, and planning • Perform SQL coding & tuning • Identify problem determination & diagnosis • Provide Level 2 /3 support for all DB2 for zOS issues • Provide off-hour support, 7x24 coverage

• Administer and maintain enterprise relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL within secure production environments. • Monitor database health and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure stable and reliable operations. • Execute database backup and recovery procedures and assist in maintaining high-availability configurations. • Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, and STIG compliance activities aligned with established RMF and IAVM processes. • Manage database user access, permissions, and role-based access controls in accordance with security policies. • Support ETL developers, platform administrators, and data engineers by assisting with database-related troubleshooting and data integration needs. • Maintain database documentation, operational runbooks, and standard procedures to support ongoing sustainment. • Work within Agile and secure delivery environments to support database operations and release activities.
