Role Description Als Partnerships Manager baust du das Partner-Ökosystem von Kertos von Grund auf auf. Kein bestehendes Programm, kein vorhandener Playbook – du entscheidest, welche Partnertypen wir angehen, wie wir sie gewinnen und wie wir gemeinsam Pipeline aufbauen. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Sales-Team zusammen, um aus Partnerschaften echte Deals zu machen, und bist die treibende Kraft hinter einer der wichtigsten Wachstumsquellen, die Kertos in 2026 aufbaut. - Identifiziere, gewinne und onboarde strategische Partner – Technologie, Channel und Referral – die zu unserem Ideal Customer Profile passen und messbare Pipeline generieren. - Entwickle ein skalierbares Partnerprogramm von Null: Partnerstruktur, Verträge, Enablement-Materialien und Co-Selling-Prozesse. - Führe gemeinsame Vertriebsgespräche mit unseren Account Executives, verfolge Partner-sourced Opportunities konsequent und bringe sie zum Closing. - Koordiniere Co-Marketing-Aktivitäten mit Partnern und stelle sicher, dass Partner Kertos in Kundengesprächen souverän repräsentieren können. - Baue unser Ökosystem aktiv durch Branchenevents, Konferenzen und Community-Netzwerke aus. Qualifications - Nachweislich Partnerprogramme im B2B SaaS-Umfeld aufgebaut oder wesentlich mitgestaltet – idealerweise in einem Startup oder Scale-up. - Hintergrund in Business Development, Channel Sales oder einer quota-tragenden Rolle und weißt, wie Pipeline entsteht und Deals gewonnen werden. - Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Ergebnisse liefern, auch wenn kein Playbook existiert. - Starke Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten auf Entscheiderebene in Deutsch und Englisch. - Erfahrung in der Compliance-, Cybersecurity- oder Legal-Tech-Branche ist ein echtes Plus. - Erfolgsmessung an Partnership-sourced Pipeline und ARR, nicht an der Anzahl unterzeichneter Partnerverträge.
