• Fabulous Freelance Coaches are part of a wider network of coaches and facilitators who offer their coaching services - as part-time freelancers - to members of the Fabulous app. • What Fabulous members have in common is their striving to improve their daily routines and habits. Each has their own unique story and growth areas, requiring our Coaches to cover a wide range of coaching topics. Whatever habit a member has chosen to work on, that is the focus of their session. • Sessions are scheduled on the basis of a coaching subscription, offering the coach (and the Fabulous member) the stability and depth of an ongoing coaching relationship. • All Fabulous coaches are expected to study Fabulous curriculum. (for example: you should know the real meaning of Emotion Regulation, and be able to name specific strategies... or understanding how dopamine really works, rather than what is commonly shared. Once this is determined, the Coaching Lead will certify you to work under a unified Fabulous Coaching Code, covering proficiency in the Fabulous app content, Fabulous work tools, best practices in coaching and professional excellence, ethical guidelines and ongoing learning opportunities within the network of Fabulous Coaches, for example webinars on different topics of value to Fabulous members. • Whether a Fabulous Coach specializes in relationships, leadership, trauma, nutrition , ADHD, ACT, or any other topic, they are welcome to join the team, provided that they meet a) the Qualifications for this post, b) can fulfill Responsibilities listed here, c) complete the Fab Coach Training Curriculum, and hold to Fabulous values throughout their work.

• Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in their daily responsibilities. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes open communication, respect, and mutual support. • Ensure care coaches are meeting performance metrics and delivering high-quality, client-centered care. • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s to provide ongoing feedback and support. • Support the continuous improvement of programs by reviewing care coach performance, client outcomes, and feedback to identify areas for growth. • Assist in the onboarding and ongoing training of new care coaches.

• Coach clients through personal and professional development using a blend of business acumen, mindset reprogramming, and leadership frameworks. • Facilitate 1:1 and group coaching sessions tailored to client needs and business stage. • Diagnose business challenges and co-create actionable strategies around leadership, revenue growth, team dynamics, and operations. • Develop custom coaching materials, exercises, and playbooks that can scale across our client base. • Serve as a trusted advisor and accountability partner to entrepreneurs navigating complex business environments. • Partner with the AlterCall executive team to evolve our coaching methodology and expand our impact. • Support key internal initiatives, including leadership development, team alignment, and operational coaching.

• Utilize a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to engage and promote members • Provide coaching and support to empower the member to meet their personal wellness goals • Develop and monitor established plans of care, in collaboration with the member • Assess a member’s appropriateness for coaching and coordination into other levels of care and/or resources as needed
