• Direct Support: Engage directly with students to support their needs through phone, email, and online chats. • Community Engagement: Encourage and maintain student-to-student communication, fostering a supportive learning community. • Instructor Liaison: Ensure clear and effective communication between students and instructors. • Live Class Assistance: Offer real-time support to instructors and students during live classes for a seamless educational experience. • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve student concerns, including technical issues, to ensure uninterrupted learning.

• Learn the daily routines of healthcare/research investigators • Foster career interests in healthcare/research • Gain experience and awareness of the academic, technical and personal skills required in healthcare/research professions • Gain an understanding of different health/research careers • Develop an understanding of the critical connections between education, work and goal attainment • Comply with policies and procedures protecting patient rights for informed consent and handling of confidential information • Complete Cincinnati Children's training required for the position • Adhere to safe work practices

• Work virtually with students in 2nd-6th grade, two sessions each week • Tutor/Mentor a minimum of 3 students • Each tutoring session is 45 minutes, and you receive 15 minutes of prep time • Focus on building fundamental math and literacy skills using evidence-based online programs • Live training sessions to prepare you for tutoring — no prior experience required

• Collaborate to ensure student casework is managed promptly and fairly. • Handle academic appeals, student complaints, and disciplinary matters. • Manage a portfolio of student cases, including collecting evidence and preparing case files. • Monitor progress of individual cases and ensure students are kept updated. • Provide authoritative regulatory advice on student casework processes. • Offer secretarial support for student hearings and panel meetings. • Support monitoring issues and trends for senior management updates. • Work with colleagues on institutional reports regarding student casework. • Assist in preparations for representations to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator. • Ensure effective information sharing and record keeping within the team. • Support training on casework procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
