Student – Step Up Virtual Tutor
SNHU Careers
• Work virtually with students in 2nd-6th grade, two sessions each week • Tutor/Mentor a minimum of 3 students • Each tutoring session is 45 minutes, and you receive 15 minutes of prep time • Focus on building fundamental math and literacy skills using evidence-based online programs • Live training sessions to prepare you for tutoring — no prior experience required
Job Requirements
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work study part of financial aid package
- Students with work study may be prioritized
- Mandatory background check
- Commit for a minimum of 3 months
- Access to the internet and a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone
