Product Operations Analyst

• Serve as a subject matter expert on product portfolio structure in Salesforce and related systems, including packaging, SKU availability, product rules, nomenclature, taxonomy, attributes, and lifecycle status • Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define, QA, and improve SKU structures, product data standards, and downstream operational workflows • Support SKU launches, changes, sunsets, and replacements through impact analysis across quoting, billing, reporting, procurement, CRM, documentation, and related processes • Identify workflow gaps, system dependencies, and operational bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk • Manage and help optimize the operational tools and software stack used to support product workflows, reporting, QA, and cross-functional coordination, including platforms related to product management, quoting, user research, reporting, and adjacent business operations • Track and report on key product and operational metrics, including usage, adoption, customer feedback, SKU performance, and data quality; maintain dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders • Analyze product and CRM data to identify anomalies, integrity issues, and opportunities to improve reporting, billing validation, lifecycle management, and decision-making • Support product launches and changes by conducting impact analysis, validating readiness across systems, and partnering with other teams to ensure portfolio updates are successfully implemented • Develop or support automation opportunities using APIs, scripting, agentic AI, and workflow tools to improve reporting efficiency, data quality validation, and repeatable operational tasks • Document product structure standards, reporting logic, data dependencies, operational workflows, and process improvements to improve transparency, repeatability, and team enablement • Create clear reports, presentations, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements • Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of related work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Systems Analysis, Sales Operations, or a related role in a technology or SaaS environment required
  • Strong experience with quoting platforms and product configuration workflows; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and RCA or similar quoting tools preferred
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle concepts, including launches, change management, sunset planning, replacement mapping, and downstream operational impact
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleansing, modeling, reconciliation, and analytical reporting
  • Experience building, maintaining, and improving recurring operational reports used for QA, billing validation, or product portfolio analysis
  • Ability to understand system workflows and technical dependencies across CRM, quoting, billing, reporting, and adjacent business platforms
  • Working knowledge of SaaS business models, cloud services, and vendor-driven product constructs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw practical conclusions from both quantitative and qualitative inputs
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Tableau, APIs, scripting, automation tools, or AI-enabled workflow improvements is preferred
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
