Care Experienced Assessor

Frontline

• Assess candidates who want to be child protection social workers as part of Approach Social Work • Ask them questions to test their motivation and understand their experiences • Collaborate with recruitment professionals and social workers • Observe candidate performance and offer feedback about the skills they have demonstrated

Job Requirements

  • Care-experienced assessors (CEAs) must be aged 18 or older
  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK (e.g. UK passport)
