Role Description Endomag, a Hologic Company, is now looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in France. In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Commercial teams, distribution partners, and healthcare professionals to support the successful adoption of Endomag technologies across the French market. Acting as a clinical expert and trusted partner to customers, you will provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and training to ensure our technologies are used effectively within surgical, radiology, and wider hospital settings. The territory is the whole of France with a desired base of the Paris area. - Deliver high quality clinical training for new and existing customers, covering product features, clinical applications, and best practices. - Provide on-site support to surgical, radiology, and wider operating theatre teams across hospitals and medical centres in France. - Act as a clinical and technical point of contact for customers, offering guidance and troubleshooting where required. - Support clinical trials, product evaluations, demonstrations, and research studies to help drive successful adoption of Endomag technologies. - Assist with the launch of new products and advanced clinical techniques in the French market. - Assess training effectiveness through customer feedback, testing, and performance metrics, using insights to support continuous improvement. - Maintain proactive communication with customers to share clinical updates, product information, and best practice guidance. - Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Commercial, and Marketing teams to stay current with product developments, clinical evidence, and customer needs. - Contribute to the creation of clinical content for promotional, educational, and training materials. - Represent Endomag at national medical conferences, trade shows, and educational events to increase awareness of our technologies. - Identify and communicate opportunities for business growth and increased product utilisation within the French market. - Work closely with the Sales team to support commercial initiatives, including validating and progressing new leads.
