• Leads data architecture strategy and execution, guiding cross-functional teams, consultants, and partners through the delivery of aligned and sustainable data solutions. • Facilitates the integration of new data sources into the enterprise data platform by managing multidisciplinary implementation teams. • Builds internal capabilities across data architecture, integration, and governance disciplines. • Oversees both operational governance and special project execution for data systems, platforms, and pipelines. • Contributes to the development and execution of NAH's enterprise data and analytics strategy. • Collaborates with senior executives and business stakeholders to design data architectures aligned with organizational objectives. • Evaluates and recommends new platforms, data tools, and infrastructure approaches including cloud-native and hybrid models. • Maintains broad knowledge of healthcare data warehousing, cloud platforms, and architectural best practices. • Champions Data Stewardship by working with data owners and SMEs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and governance. • Drives organizational maturity in data literacy, integration, and analytics enablement. • Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner. • Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employee's area of responsibility. • If required for the position, ensures all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates. • Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame.

• Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in order to best position Zayo in the marketplace. • Provide guidance and counsel in customer meetings throughout the sales cycle from discovery through close. • Develop strong relationships with customer’s technical influencers and recommenders to be able to effectively resolve all technical objections and drive opportunities to closure. • Build and communicate the customer-specific value proposition with client executives and key partners, articulating Zayo’s contribution to achieving each customer’s desired business outcomes. • Write proposals and support the contracting process by ensuring that all technical and compliance needs are satisfied. • Analyze customer requirements to understand how Zayo products and services can be applied to meet their needs and solve their problems. • Design the right solution options, optimizing the mix of capabilities, resiliency and cost to meet the customer’s needs, applying your expertise of local to global services. • Employ your exceptional cross-functional leadership skills to manage design teams that include members of multiple departments and project manage complex and iterative designs to completion. • Ensure the feasibility of the proposed solution with the operations and product teams. • Document and diagram solutions to clearly outline all technical components. • Participate in the creation and delivery of compelling face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate technical knowledge of designed solutions and the Zayo products used in the design. • Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more technologies and services. • Educate and advise customers on key technology and industry trends. • Actively participate in bidirectional knowledge sharing with your Zayo and Zayo’s business partner peers. • Help develop the product and technical acumen of your sales counterparts.

• Works with IT leadership and business units to develop and understand the business case and business requirements to solve for technology related business problems • Assists in business relationship management, business strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management as needed • Maintains productive relationships with peers and management in IT and the business function • Articulates business value and strategy and coordinates with all areas of the IT department to ensure technology is fully leveraged to achieve operational excellence • Research how other organizations in the market achieve or exceed industry best practices in key performance metrics • Leads the coordinating and monitoring of project activities and provides technical direction to project team to assure effective project completion in compliance with design and quality standards • Analyzes initiatives, in the project portfolio, and identifies specific, measurable outcomes expected for each initiative • Implements processes and tools to measure benefits associated with individual projects • Mentors and coaches IT team in workflow and functionality around new systems and enhancement of existing systems and/or processes • Participates in the technical skill development of analysts as assigned, provides input to staff performance reviews and personal development objectives • Creates easy to use business process mappings of complex systems and workflows to show complete interdependencies between entities • Supports project management efforts to manage/mitigate risk, create communication plans, propose implementation strategies, and manage work plans and scope.
