Role Description Our client is seeking a performance-driven Media Buyer - Affiliate Lead Generation to join their affiliate LeadGen team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Meta advertising expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to consistently launch profitable campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a testing-heavy environment, combines creativity with data-driven decision-making, and is motivated by performance-based growth opportunities. This position is open to candidates across different experience levels, as compensation is largely performance-based and tied to results. Qualifications - Proven hands-on experience with Meta media buying in affiliate lead generation. - Demonstrated history of running ROI-positive campaigns. - Strong understanding of campaign structures, scaling strategies, and performance metrics. - Ability to create compelling ad angles, hooks, and creative concepts. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Strong proven experience with: - Meta Ads Manager - Affiliate tracking platforms (Redtrack strongly preferred) - Spy tools such as Pipi Ads, Atria, SpyHero, or equivalent - Preferred experience mentoring or managing other media buyers. - Familiarity with additional verticals such as windows, roofing, gutters, credit cards, auto insurance, or affiliate eCommerce. - Preferred tools: - Google Ads / YouTube Ads - TikTok Ads - Canva - AI tools for scriptwriting and creative production Requirements - Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple lead generation verticals. - Drive consistent ROI through daily campaign analysis and optimization. - Develop and test high-converting ad creatives, hooks, scripts, and landing pages at scale. - Produce and launch a minimum of 10 new ads and 3 new landing pages weekly. - Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for profitable scaling. - Maintain ROI targets while increasing ad spend and campaign volume. - Identify and scale high-performing affiliate offers across various verticals. - Ensure proper tracking setup, campaign compliance, and performance monitoring. - Follow and improve internal SOPs and operational workflows. - Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices. - Mentor or coach junior buyers as the team grows (preferred but not required).
