• Build and operate backend systems that serve AI-powered insurance workflows in production. • Design and implement AI orchestration layers that connect models, APIs, workflows, and business logic. • Build inference pipelines for LLM-based and AI-assisted automation systems. • Optimize latency, throughput, and cost across AI services (caching, batching, streaming, routing). • Design stable service boundaries between backend systems, ML components, and product APIs. • Implement observability: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and incident response workflows. • Debug production issues across distributed AI systems and resolve root causes. • Collaborate closely with frontend, product, operations, and ML teams to ship end-to-end features. • Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Job Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience in production systems.
- Experience building or operating high-throughput, low-latency services.
- Familiarity with AI systems (LLMs, embeddings, or AI workflows).
- Experience with distributed systems and production debugging.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system design principles.

Role Description RRS Group is seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Analyst / Administrator to support and optimize Yardi Voyager and RentCafe across our LATAM portfolio. This role will act as the subject matter expert for Yardi systems, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Global Systems teams to deliver system enhancements, improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and support business growth. The successful candidate will: - Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation. - Manage system upgrades and integrations. - Provide advanced technical support. - Ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expert-level Yardi Voyager experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. Qualifications - Proven experience leading technology-related projects through requirements gathering, solution design, delivery, testing, and post-implementation support. - Expert-level proficiency in Yardi Voyager 7S, including year-end processing and Yardi module implementations. - Strong understanding of ETLs, YSR, SSRS, and complex SQL scripting. - Solid working knowledge of Yardi Residential, Yardi International, General Ledger (GL), Accounting (AR/AP), Yardi Investment and Construction modules, EU Residential and Service Charges, Yardi PayScan, and Elevate modules. - Advanced IT literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Project. - Fluent English required; Spanish preferred or an additional language is highly desirable. • Serve as the principal technical authority for the RF Ground System and anchor station supporting GEO satellite communications operations. • Lead engineering activities associated with the design, development, integration, and deployment of mission-critical RF ground infrastructure, including: Large aperture antenna systems RF chains and associated subsystems Frequency conversion equipment High-power amplification systems Low-noise receive systems Modems and waveform processing systems Monitoring and control systems RF monitoring and spectrum management capabilities • Develop and maintain RF ground segment architecture, requirements, interface control documents (ICDs), and technical baselines. • Support the Ground Segment IPT Lead in coordinating technical execution across spacecraft, ground segment, network, cybersecurity, and operations teams. • Lead engineering activities supporting satellite feeder link connectivity, including: Link budget development and validation RF performance analysis Carrier planning Spectrum coordination Availability and resiliency assessments End-to-end communications performance verification • Provide technical leadership for TT&C ground system implementation, including command path design, telemetry reception, tracking support, and operational interfaces. • Support development and execution of ground segment integration and test activities, including: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) RF performance testing End-to-end satellite-to-ground testing Operational readiness demonstrations • Lead RF troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, and root cause analysis during integration, test, launch, and on-orbit operations. • Coordinate with satellite manufacturer teams to ensure compatibility between spacecraft RF payload, TT&C systems, and ground infrastructure. • Support development of operational procedures, maintenance plans, configuration documentation, and sustainment processes. • Provide technical oversight of anchor station reliability, redundancy, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities. • Support cybersecurity implementation efforts for RF ground infrastructure, including protection of command and control pathways. • Participate in customer technical reviews, design reviews, readiness reviews, and program milestone assessments. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the RF ground engineering team.
