Role Description As a Freelance/Part-Time Enterprise Architect at IT Consultis, you will be pivotal in shaping the technical landscape for our clients by designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solutions. Responsibilities - Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Salesforce CRM and ecommerce architecture solutions that align with client business needs and industry best practices. - Implementation: Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce CRM and ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. - Customization: Customize Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solutions to meet specific client requirements, including workflows, dashboards, and reports. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Client Engagement: Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions. - Optimization: Continuously optimize and enhance Salesforce CRM and ecommerce systems to improve performance, scalability, and user experience. - Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, configurations, and customizations. - Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solutions. Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM and ecommerce solution architecture and implementation. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and ecommerce platforms. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce development tools. - Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly preferred. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. - Project Management: Experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously within scope, budget, and timeline as an architect. - Flexibility: Ability to work independently and remotely, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs. Desired Skills - Experience with integration tools, data migration tools, and third-party applications in the Salesforce ecosystem. - Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. - Strong understanding of the Chinese business landscape and procurement processes. - Proven success as freelancer/part-time Architect.
