Role Description We're looking for a creative, hands-on Growth & Product Marketing Lead to drive Keyvoto's organic and paid growth. Your mission will be to design, test, and execute strategies that expand our brand presence, engage our audience, and convert prospects into long-term customers. This role is ideal for someone who loves wearing many hats. One day you might be writing a blog post or editing a product demo video, the next you'll be planning a campaign to launch a new Keyvoto feature. You'll combine startup agility with the polish of enterprise-ready SaaS marketing, creating content and campaigns that resonate with both SMBs and large retailers. Your mission: build awareness, inspire trust, and accelerate growth through compelling storytelling and smart, data-driven marketing. What You'll Do - Social Media & Community: Create engaging content (posts, graphics, short videos) for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other channels to showcase our brand and grow a vibrant community. - Content Marketing (Blogs & Vlogs): Write compelling blog posts and occasionally produce short-form videos that highlight industry trends, retail tech insights, and Keyvoto's thought leadership. - Product Launches & Campaigns: Lead the marketing strategy for new product launches and features. Develop messaging, announcements, landing pages, and campaigns that excite and convert. - Whitepapers & Guides: Produce in-depth content (e-books, guides, reports) that position Keyvoto as a trusted authority in retail and e-commerce innovation. - Customer Success Stories: Transform client wins into case studies, testimonials, and videos that highlight how Keyvoto helps businesses grow. - Creative Media & Videos: Create short videos, product teasers, and engaging multimedia assets that bring our brand to life. Qualifications - 2+ years in content, growth, or product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech startups. - Skilled at writing clear, engaging content—whether short social posts or long-form reports—with an eye for design and storytelling. - Comfortable with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe, or video editing platforms. - You track, analyze, and optimize performance across channels (SEO, campaigns, analytics, A/B testing). - You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution. - You care deeply about customer experience and want to build content that resonates with retailers and brands. The Senior Product Manager - Network Optimization is responsible for owning the strategy, prioritization, and execution of the Network Optimization module within the Value Connect platform. This role partners closely with engineering, data science, network operations, actuarial, clinical, and business stakeholders to translate complex network performance and cost-of-care challenges into scalable, analytics-driven product capabilities. The Senior Product Manager operates with strong technical and analytical product acumen, driving disciplined execution across discovery, delivery, and optimization while aligning to broader Value Connect platform strategy.
