• Develop and refine product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for CivicScience's consumer intelligence, audience insights, and measurement solutions. • Contribute to go-to-market strategy and launch execution for new products, research offerings, platform capabilities, and industry solutions. • Build and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-sheets, vertical playbooks, pricing resources, case studies, and competitive positioning documents. • Support sales with tools, resources, and messaging that improves product understanding, accelerates pipeline progression, and drives revenue growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. • Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to inform product positioning, messaging, and commercialization strategies. • Translate consumer intelligence and market research into compelling narratives, though leadership, and client-facing materials. • Create and maintain collateral materials, product storytelling assets, and customer communications that drive engagement and adoption. • Craft visually compelling presentations, marketing materials, and event assets while ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. • Support sponsorships and industry activations through content development, messaging, and sales enablement materials. • Own the creation and execution of compelling assets across digital, social, email, and presentation channels, leveraging design tools to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience with a strong background in data, analytics, and/or technology platforms
- Proven track record of building positioning and messaging to support GTM strategy
- Ability to distill complex concepts and data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with non-technical buyers (brand marketers, insights leaders, media executives, etc.)
- Expertise building sales enablement tools (pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts), as well as customer marketing and lifecycle programs to drive feature adoption and retention beyond acquisition
- Exceptional written communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Google Workspace
- Hands-on builder mentality and willingness to leverage AI tools to automate and scale work, setting the standard for how a modern product marketing function operates
- Comfort and competencies to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple project, and translate complex ideas into impactful content

• We're building an early-stage go-to-market engine for a new product and looking for a GTM Growth Marketer Manager to own the experimentation loop at its core. • You'll design and run structured outreach experiments across ICPs and message variants. • Interpret the signal that comes back, and feed those learnings directly into positioning — in tight partnership with our Product Marketing Manager and overlay AE team. • Develop and iterate outreach sequences, talk tracks, and one-pagers tuned to each ICP under test. • Own the outreach and measurement toolstack (sequencing tool, CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting).
