Role Description As our Full-Stack Developer for a fast-growing AI agency, you'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered sales automation systems for client projects. These solutions may include intelligent web applications, APIs, and voice agents that can engage in outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, log call data, and manage entire sales pipelines. You'll work directly with the founder to transform complex project requirements into robust, production-ready systems whether through custom full-stack development or using modern no-code/low-code tools like Bland.ai, Make.com, and ElevenLabs. Your work will span from building custom CRM dashboards and AI orchestration backends to creating conversational AI flows, integrating voice APIs, and automating workflows that connect seamlessly with CRMs, Google Sheets, and other business systems.
