Role Description As our Full-Stack Developer for a fast-growing AI agency, you'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered sales automation systems for client projects. These solutions may include intelligent web applications, APIs, and voice agents that can engage in outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, log call data, and manage entire sales pipelines. You'll work directly with the founder to transform complex project requirements into robust, production-ready systems whether through custom full-stack development or using modern no-code/low-code tools like Bland.ai, Make.com, and ElevenLabs. Your work will span from building custom CRM dashboards and AI orchestration backends to creating conversational AI flows, integrating voice APIs, and automating workflows that connect seamlessly with CRMs, Google Sheets, and other business systems. • Lead design and delivery of regional system capabilities across BJAK’s platform. • Translate multi-country business, operational and regulatory requirements into scalable system architecture. • Design backend systems that support multi-region workflows, configurations and integrations. • Build platform capabilities that allow insurance workflows to adapt across different markets. • Define system design for localization, policy variations, insurer integrations and operational differences. • Ensure consistency and reliability of core workflows across regions while supporting flexibility per market. • Review architecture and implementation to ensure scalability, correctness and maintainability. • Work closely with product, operations, QA and DevOps to deliver cross-regional initiatives. • Improve system stability through monitoring, incident response, debugging and root cause analysis. • Ensure safe and controlled production releases across multi-region deployments.
