Analista de Vendas Consultivas – Engenharia Civil e Arquitetura

• Conduzir vendas consultivas com leads inbound (clientes que já demonstraram interesse na plataforma), entendendo a fundo as necessidades de cada negócio e guiando o processo até o fechamento • Administrar e acompanhar leads dentro do funil de vendas, entendendo as necessidades e fazendo o acompanhamento da performance • Realizar demonstrações e acompanhamento das propostas • Auxiliar o time de Marketing e Produto, colhendo feedbacks dos potenciais clientes e buscando alternativas para aumentar a conversão • Atender potenciais clientes através dos nossos canais de atendimento (WhatsApp, e-mail, chat, entre outros) e fazer follow-ups para convertê-los • Trabalhar em conjunto com o time para alcançar as metas de vendas e faturamento da empresa
Job Requirements
- Graduação em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura
- Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita
- Perfil investigativo e curioso para solucionar problemas
- Empatia para entender e orientar os clientes
- Habilidade de organização e gestão de tempo
- Experiência na área de vendas
- Saber trabalhar bem em equipe, e ser flexível para mudanças dentro da função
- Experiência com SaaS (diferencial)
- Ter experiência atuando na área da construção civil (desejável)

• Make outbound calls to generate new business and build rapport. • Develop and build relationships with all attorneys and leading law firms in your assigned territory. • Responsible for developing new relationships with attorneys and law firms to increase and build referral business. • Responsible for overseeing all contact with attorneys: initiating contact, following up, answering attorney questions. • Engage in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep Oasis top-of-mind and help build strong relationships. • Assist Regional Directors with day-to-day activities including covering their cases when they are out.
