• Engage members in the care coordination/care management process. • Provide education about all available services, natural and community supports, treatment options, diagnosis, etc. • Provide linkage to needed psychological, behavioral, educational, physical, and dental evaluations. • Facilitate referrals for health-related services, community-based resources and social support services, and community reintegration supports. • Evaluate the outcome of the care plan and reintegration supports.
Job Requirements
- Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) status.
- Fully licensed by the NC governing board regulating Human Services professions; OR Fully licensed RN who is licensed to practice in the state of NC by the NC Board of Nursing who also has four (4) years of full-time experience with the MH/DD/SA population served.
- A graduate of a college or university with a master's degree in a human service field and has one year of full-time, pre or post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the MH/DD/SA population, or a substance abuse professional who has one year of full-time, pre or postgraduate degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling; OR A graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field and has two years of full-time, pre or post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the MH/DD/SA population, or a substance abuse professional who has two years of full-time, pre or post bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling; OR A graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a field other than human services and has four years of full-time, pre or post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SA experience with the MH/DD/SA population, or a substance abuse professional who has four years of full-time, pre or post-bachelor's degree accumulated supervised experience in alcoholism and drug abuse counseling.
- Additionally, If serving members with Long Term Services and Support (LTSS) needs, the care manager, must meet the minimum QP requirements defined above and shall additionally have at a minimum two (2) years of prior LTSS and/or Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) coordination, care delivery monitoring and care management experience.
- The following immunizations are required for this position: Fully vaccinated against Covid-19, Influenza (annually within Influenza season Nov 1 – March 31), MMR, Varicella and Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria pertussis). MMR and Varicella - must show proof of vaccination or have blood drawn to show immunity. Tdap - must show proof of one dose.
- Employees must provide proof of all immunizations prior to their start date or agree to be provide proof of all immunizations within 4 months of start date.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within 75 miles of Wayne County, North Carolina.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

• Manage and optimise the deployment of service executives across India to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery • Improve service processes to enhance response times and high-quality delivery for Biotage instruments across the full portfolio • Develop contingency plans to address operational challenges and minimise customer downtime • Enhance the post-installation customer experience to drive repeat business and service contract renewals • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO/CMO, academic, and government laboratory customers, while effectively managing escalations and resolving customer issues • Forecast and drive quarterly service bookings and revenue targets across AMCs, spare parts, qualifications, upgrades, and other aftermarket services • Identify and grow aftermarket opportunities across Biotage's installed base, providing value-based solutions and leading commercial negotiations for service contracts and renewals • Partner with Biotage global factories and cross-functional teams in India to ensure seamless installation, technical support, and an excellent customer experience • Manage spare parts inventory, improve DSO, DOS, and accounts receivable collections, and deliver profitable service operations in line with India service P&L targets • Lead, coach, and develop service managers and field service engineers, identifying capability gaps and driving continuous development aligned with Biotage India's service excellence standards
