• Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio internacional alineadas con la estrategia de expansión global de la empresa • Construir y mantener relaciones a largo plazo con aseguradoras internacionales, corredores, proveedores de salud y clientes institucionales • Construir, gestionar y optimizar el embudo de ventas en mercados internacionales • Diseñar y presentar propuestas comerciales orientadas al valor centradas en la eficiencia de costos, el acceso oportuno a pacientes y los resultados clínicos • Dirigir negociaciones y cerrar con éxito oportunidades comerciales estratégicas • Liderar negociaciones contractuales con socios internacionales • Representar a la organización en conferencias internacionales, ferias comerciales y eventos de la industria de la salud • Monitorear tendencias del mercado de salud global, actividad de competidores y oportunidades de negocio emergentes • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos clínicos, financieros, legales y operativos para garantizar la ejecución exitosa de las propuestas
Job Requirements
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería, Economía o Ciencias de la Salud (preferible orientación comercial)
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios B2B o B2G
- Experiencia demostrada en ventas consultivas en servicios de salud, seguros de salud, turismo médico o otras industrias de servicios de alto valor
- Fuerte comprensión de los sistemas de salud internacionales y modelos de contratación
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, gestión de relaciones y compromiso con las partes interesadas
- Dominio de plataformas CRM y herramientas de ventas digitales (experiencia con herramientas impulsadas por AI es un plus)
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office Suite
- Comprensión sólida de las estrategias de expansión en mercados internacionales
- Dominio avanzado del inglés (C1/C2 requerido)
- Visa válida y disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente con frecuencia

Role Description The National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) is seeking a dynamic, tactical, and mission-driven Director of Strategy-Financial Services & Trading Initiative to lead the organization's Financial Trader Health and Safety Initiative and establish NCPG as a national leader in addressing consumer protection, responsible engagement, and harm mitigation within evolving financial trading environments. This senior leadership position will drive the strategic development, growth, and implementation of a groundbreaking initiative focused on the intersection of financial trading, prediction markets, emerging financial products, public health, and gambling-related harm. They will focus on building and managing high-impact partnerships, leading innovative programs, engaging diverse stakeholders, and advancing thought leadership that promotes evidence-informed consumer protections, early intervention, responsible participation, and access to support services. The Director of Strategy will partner closely with industry leaders, regulators, state affiliates, researchers, policymakers, and individuals with lived experience. This individual will help shape the national conversation and drive meaningful change in an emerging and rapidly evolving landscape. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred in financial services and trading, public health, behavioral health, public policy, business, psychology, social work, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience. - Experience managing complex projects, partnerships, or strategic initiatives. - Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Ability to navigate complex and evolving issues with professionalism, diplomacy, and neutrality.
