• Responsible for office support of the HVAC service department • Coordinate on-demand billable calls for maintenance or repair • Proactively schedule preventative maintenance visits for plan members • Handle all inbound calls for H&C sales • Call potential customers to schedule sales visits • Monitor the CIA HVAC Teams chat room • Manage customer service issues as needed • Confirm all H&C sales visits and service visits • Effectively handle escalated customer issues • Follow up on proposed and quoted work or return visit requests in a timely fashion • Ensure service crews have updated customer information • Respond professionally to calls, emails, and instant messages • Perform additional tasks as required.

• Import and process all customer payments across all the Business units. • Payments must be applied accurately and timely. • Make responsible decisions in appropriately applying payments to the correct accounts; maintain accurate and concise records of all payments received; maintain unapplied payments. • Manage deduction process by analyzing customer accounts where short payments have been taken. • Ability to make routine decisions following established policy and procedures; ability to plan daily work for completion; knowledge of computer and related functions. • Work with Account Support and other teams/functions on requests of payment reapplications. • Communicate with other department on various items as needed. • Assist Accounts Payable and Finance departments with audit requests for documentation. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Perform functional, performance, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for OneStream SaaS modules and dashboards. • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on Agile user stories and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate with developers and analysts during the Sprint cycle to ensure test coverage of requirements. • Conduct continuous integration and performance testing during development and deployment phases. • Verify that user stories/use cases meet defined business, technical, and security requirements before production release. • Support the hypercare phase by testing performance, functionality, and user experience post-deployment. • Ensure testing results comply with DoD cybersecurity and data quality standards.

• Apply cognitive science principles to enable AI solutions in enterprise business applications. • Design and implement methods for learning representations from textual data to improve information retrieval and decision-making. • Lead R&D initiatives in training design, competency modeling, and cognitive performance metrics. • Identify cognitive training requirements and develop cognitive skills training programs. • Develop and validate metrics for assessing cognitive performance and competency models. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cognitive science into AI-driven systems. • Contribute to all phases of software development, with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
