Survey CAD Technician
Bateman Civil Survey Company
• Create and edit intricate drawings • Perform advanced calculations • Conduct comprehensive land survey research • Ensure all CAD work meets the highest standards of precision and accuracy • Confirm that all drawings and maps accurately represent the surveyed data while adhering to project specifications and industry standards • Take on a mentorship role, guiding and assisting less experienced technicians in their work
Job Requirements

- Advanced understanding of CAD and Surveying principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to share knowledge and provide support to less experienced CAD Technicians
- Experience with subdivisions and plots.
- Basic understanding and ability to read construction plans, procedures and perform field calcs.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to stay updated on the latest CAD software and surveying technologies.
- Familiarity with other relevant software (such as GIS or BIM software) and technology used in surveying and civil engineering.
- Flexibility with training in one of BCSC Office locations.
