What You Can Expect As an Associate Director, you'll take a lead role in strengthening our relationships with clients, driving market impact through business development in a highly collaborative environment and providing leadership in the delivery of engagements. You'll partner with our strategic clients to shape the future of the HR function.  You'll develop strategies and do the practical roll up your sleeves implementation work to help HR leadership team deliver business outcomes. You'll build lasting relationships with clients and within the community as you serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide growth and development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans. What Will Help You Be Successful - You are deeply passionate about HR transformation and modernizing HR functions to deliver measurable business value - You bring a strong point of view on HR operating model design, service delivery strategy, and functional effectiveness - You are comfortable working directly with CHROs and executive stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor - You are intellectually curious about how HR creates value, and constantly identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve HR processes - You are well versed across the entire HR technology stack and can help clients explore and enable new ways of working - You can translate complex diagnostic insights into clear, actionable transformation roadmaps - You proactively build market presence through client relationships, networking, and thought leadership - You are experienced in designing, implementing and optimizing HR technologies and navigate fluidly from functional to technical conversations - You foster a collaborative, high-performance culture and invest in developing others - You take ownership of growing the business, from pipeline development through successful delivery - You enjoy building repeatable methodologies, tools, and assets that scale the HR Transformation practice Do Your Talents Include the Following? - Demonstrated experience with: - Leading HR transformation programs, including HR operating model redesign, AI forward HR processes, and technology enablement - Driving HR organizational design, service offerings and workforce planning aligned to business strategy and key business outcomes - Architecting HR transformation business case models, executive briefing materials and roadmaps - Designing and implementing skills-based workforce strategies and talent frameworks - Enhancing global HR operations, including disrupting the traditional tier structure, automating work at scale and transitioning work into HR operations and delivering experience at scale - Implementing and optimizing major HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Artificial Intelligence) and best in class solutions (Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, etc.) - Developing talent strategies across recruiting, succession, learning & development, and leadership pipelines - Leading change management efforts to support adoption of new HR structures, processes, and technologies - Conducting HR diagnostics and maturity assessments to identify gaps and prioritize improvement initiatives - Proven business development expertise and market impact, including understanding client needs, developing holistic solutions, documenting proposals, and contracting for engagement - Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders - Proven ability to build and expand client relationships - Experience managing multiple engagements across industries and business environments - Demonstrated leadership of teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management - Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Your Educational and Professional Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field - 9+ years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR leadership roles - Progressive leadership experience in a global professional services consulting firm is strongly preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with process mapping or analytics tools a plus - Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, PMP, or similar preferred Our Hybrid Workplace Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. Below is the salary range for this job. $163,000.00 - $278,000.00 Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 16% The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $189,080.00 - $322,480.00 Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. • Own Chamber's member engagement strategy: which members to prioritize, by which channel, with which message, at what cadence, segmented by program and risk tier. • Define the engagement scope decision for each payer and set strategy deliberately. • Build the member journey in collaboration with Clinical and Program Operations: from first outreach through activation, care plan enrollment, and ongoing touch cadence, ensuring a coherent experience rather than disconnected campaigns. • Determine whether and when to bring on outsourced engagement vendors and own that vendor evaluation and selection process. • Own day-to-day execution of engagement campaigns: list management, send schedules, real-time issue resolution, and vendor coordination across outreach tools and platforms. • Build and continuously optimize campaign design: cohort targeting, message sequencing, channel mix, and A/B testing, using performance data to improve conversion over time. • Own the member communication calendar across all active contracts, ensuring members are not over-contacted or receiving conflicting messages across simultaneous programs. • Own DNC list management and TCPA compliance for all outreach: call cadences, consent frameworks, and compliance for AI-assisted outreach channels. • Own the operational relationship with engagement vendors, including performance management, contract compliance, and invoice reconciliation. • Build and manage the engagement team as volume scales. • Partner with the Performance & Analytics function to build engagement performance reporting: campaign conversion, outreach channel effectiveness, and member response rates by cohort and risk tier. • Design the member experience across every touchpoint: welcome communications, landing pages, and the overall first impression members have of Chamber. • Build and operationalize Chamber's Member NPS program, including survey design, deployment, cadence, and ongoing tracking. • Own ongoing NPS tracking and response: monitoring scores, identifying drivers, closing the loop with detractors, and reporting results to Humana. • Build and operationalize a Provider NPS / satisfaction survey program, another Humana contractual requirement not yet in place. • Design and build Chamber's attribution attrition prevention program, proactively identifying members at risk of losing network attribution due to lack of a recent visit with a network cardiologist, and re-engaging them before attribution is lost. • Own ongoing execution of attribution retention outreach once built, and track attribution retention as a core performance metric. • Partner with Network leadership on practice-level access and scheduling to support attribution retention efforts.
