Role Description The RPA Developer I is responsible for the development and administration of solutions for managed RPA environments. The RPA developer will partner with various teams to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed. RPA developers should also have an understanding of API design, including principles of REST, JSON, and OAuth and be comfortable working with databases and web technologies. - Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath that focus on identity and user access control processes. - Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio. - Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, and third-party software. - Monitor bots post-deployment, and proactively fix bugs. - Open to learning new automations and technical tools. - Direct meetings and workshops with other business units to gather requirements and design solutions. - Document process workflows, create technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance of a project. - Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards, including data security and privacy regulations. - Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation. Qualifications - Background developing with UiPath. - Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Javascript, etc.). - Solid understanding of workflow design principles. - Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL). - Knowledgeable on agile-driven development using Scrum methodology. - Strong grasp on how to use RESTful API. - Experience with Amazon S3. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Requirements - Generally prefers minimum of two (2) years of Robotic Process Automation Experience (UIpath, Blueprism, Nice) or two (2) years of Development Experience. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field required. • Lead all phases of the automation portion of capital projects, including conceptual design, detailed engineering, implementation, and commissioning. • Champion safety by ensuring strict adherence to process safety and life-critical work processes in field activities. • Serve as the technical authority for automation and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Collaborate closely with site leadership, engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and strong working relationships. • Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. • Deliver control system configuration services across North American sites. • Provide ongoing automation support to operational facilities, including lifecycle management and cybersecurity services. • Travel occasionally for commissioning and project-related activities across North America, South America, and Asia Pacific regions.

• Design, develop, and implement software systems for robotics applications, including navigation systems and aerial robotics systems. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C++ and Python. • Integrate and calibrate various sensors (e.g., LiDAR, cameras, IMUs). • Process, analyze, and interpret sensor data for real-time decision-making and control. Implement algorithms for processing sensor data. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test robotic hardware and software systems. • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including customers to understand requirements, conduct tests and understand changes and improvements needed to be made. • Optimize system performance and ensure robust, reliable operation in diverse environments. • Debug and troubleshoot system issues to identify and implement effective solutions.
