• Lead audit readiness and execution for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other compliance frameworks • Manage the compliance lifecycle in a compliance platform • Coordinate cross-functional audit activities • Design and implement internal audit programs • Partner with external auditors • Document policies, procedures, and controls • Build relationships across the organization • Track and report on compliance metrics

• Works as a consulting team member on client or internal assignments • Handles escalated coding related projects, new services, regulatory updates and overall coding quality • Provides coding education to various groups such as coders, billers, nurses, physicians, etc. • Participates in hospital revenue cycle assessments and process improvement engagements • Prepares appropriate written reports to include findings and recommendations • Conducts periodic status checks with the clients and project team to assess progress against plan • Oversees and provides training and mentoring to help team members increase their effectiveness

• Provides safe, quality health care services & / or assistance to patients under the supervision & direction of a registered nurse or other designated health care professional • Performs clinical care activities (direct or indirect) for patients within the “scope of practice” laws & training received • Cares for patients safely by assisting in clinical care services or engaging in administrative activities • Communicates effectively and respectfully • Performs work in a safe, engaging, & supportive manner • Maintains knowledge of applicable federal, state & local laws • Performs nursing interventions or clinical knowledge application in decision-making • May administer medication & carry out therapeutic treatment within scope of license • Advocates for patients & informs patients and families about care details • Collaborates with Revenue Integrity team on opportunities to improve & implement front-end process to support denial prevention

• The Auditor conducts clinical coding audits as defined by client contracts for audit service and internal quality assessment according to operational guidelines. • Coordinate and oversee the coder onboarding process for assigned clients. • Monitor and enforce compliance and quality program. • Provide project status reports to operational leadership, as requested. • Ensure IKS Health's compliance with all regulatory agencies. • Attend internal and external meetings, as needed and requested to provide input and act as a coding information resource/expert.
