Monitoring and Observability Analyst, Level 1

• Active Monitoring: Monitor environments using observability tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog or New Relic • Alert Management: Identify and respond to alerts promptly, ensuring incidents are routed correctly • Technical Analysis: Perform basic troubleshooting on Windows and Linux servers (remote access, logs, services, performance) • IT Governance: Record, categorize and track technical tickets in ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, GLPI, ServiceNow) • Incident Management Support: Assist the team with crisis management by joining incident bridges, conducting follow-ups and providing status updates • Continuous Improvement: Update technical documentation and contribute to improvements in operational procedures.
Job Requirements
- Observability: Hands-on experience with at least one tool from the ecosystem (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog or New Relic)
- Operating Systems: Troubleshooting knowledge in Windows and Linux (services, logs, connectivity, performance)
- Processes: Experience with ITSM tools for creating and tracking tickets
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, a sense of urgency and a highly collaborative attitude
- Nice to Have: Previous experience supporting or monitoring critical environments (24x7 operations, e-commerce or large retail operations); basic automation and scripting knowledge (batch, PowerShell or shell scripting); familiarity with incident management and escalation flows; certifications such as ITIL Foundation.

• Configure and customize financial systems such as ERP/General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Travel, and Reimbursement, to align with business and regulatory requirements, processes, and changes. Develop and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, and records to enhance system functionality. • Act as a subject matter expert to departments and leaders across ActBlue on the configuration, customization, data, and reporting functionality within our ERP system. • Provide ERP support to users within the organization by troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and offering guidance on system usage. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure optimal utilization of NetSuite features. • Continually build out automation of manual processes, as well as NetSuite General Ledger and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) reporting. • Support new integrations and system implementations related to ERP. • Monitor interfaces with the payment processing (Stripe), travel platform (Navan), payroll system (Rippling), expense management (Expensify), corporate cards (American Express), corporate transportation (UBER/Lyft) and Amalgamated Bank.
