Technical Training Specialist

DeepHealth

• The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs for both external customers and internal technical staff. • Plan, schedule, and facilitate instructor-led system administration training sessions for external customers, covering installation, configuration, user management, and day-to-day platform operations. • Adapt delivery style and content depth to accommodate audiences ranging from novice end users to experienced IT administrators. • Conduct pre-training needs assessments and post-training evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met and continuously improved. • Design and produce self-paced training courses for electronic delivery using authoring tools. • Script, storyboard, record, and edit course content including video walkthroughs, interactive simulations, knowledge checks, and assessments. • Publish and maintain courses within the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and version control. • Partner with Services Organizational Readiness Team (SORT) to identify training needs for new product releases, feature updates, and platform changes prior to general availability. • Develop and deliver timely internal technical enablement sessions to ensure customer-facing technical staff are fully prepared before new releases. • Translate complex engineering specifications and product documentation into clear, practical training content for technical audiences. • Collaborate with Technical Writer to create and maintain standardized training templates including course shells, slide deck frameworks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and course syllabus templates. • Continuously evaluate and refresh templates based on learner feedback, delivery experience, and changes in instructional best practices. • Identify, engage, and guide internal subject matter experts in converting deep technical knowledge into structured, learner-ready training content.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or a related role within a software, SaaS, or technology environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Linux, Database experience, MySQL and Microsoft SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver instructor-led technical training to diverse audiences, including system administrators and IT professionals.
  • Hands-on experience developing eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring platforms.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course publishing, enrollment management, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.
  • Familiarity with medical software, specifically RIS or PACS (Preferred)
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction or product launch training programs (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (Preferred)
  • Background in software system administration (networking, user management, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications) (Preferred)
  • Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or a relevant technical domain (e.g., CompTIA CTT+, ATD CPTD, GCP or AWS fundamentals) (Preferred)
  • Experience building internal knowledge-sharing programs or communities of practice (Preferred)

Role Description The Collision Instructor & Peer Group Facilitator delivers ATI's curriculum to independent collision shop owners and their teams, facilitates confidential peer advisory groups for collision shop owners and leaders, and hosts recurring member workshops on high-impact collision topics such as estimating and insurance-company negotiation. The position combines deep collision industry expertise with strong instructional and facilitation skills, translating complex business concepts into practical, immediately applicable knowledge for collision shop owners and their teams. All three functions—instruction, facilitation, and workshop delivery—are core to the role. The relative balance between them is flexible and is expected to evolve over time as ATI's collision program grows. Qualifications - Substantial collision repair industry experience with a record of credibility among shop owners and operators. - Demonstrated ability to instruct or present to groups in live and/or virtual settings. - Strong interpersonal, listening, and facilitation skills, including the judgment to guide discussion among experienced business owners. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and to travel occasionally for live events and meetings. - Note: Prior collision shop ownership is welcomed but not required. Demonstrated industry expertise and instructional ability take precedence. Role Description The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) is inviting applications for the role of Quality Improvement (QI) Coach on independent contract for 2027. You are: - A motivated and experienced practising physician with a background in QI and/or coaching methodology. - Passionate about self-development and embodying QI principles through your practice. - A self-directed individual with a demonstrated track record of organizing and utilizing your time to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. As a member of a small, dedicated team, you will be one of approximately 12 QI Coaches who will support registrants participating in CPSO’s QI Programs to enhance their understanding of how to embed QI principles into their practice and to refine their QI goals and objectives. As a QI Coach, you will be responsible for: - Remotely reviewing submitted Practice Improvement Plans (PIPs). - Conducting supportive QI Coaching sessions. - Preparing brief reports. - Actively participating in program improvement and related QI activities as specified by QI Program leadership. CPSO QI Coaches work for approximately 8 hours per week. In addition, you will participate in virtual meetings as requested by Quality program leadership, as well as ad hoc training sessions. Qualifications - An active practising registrant in good standing with the CPSO. - Be in active clinical practice with a minimum of five consecutive years of patient-facing practice experience. - Possess sound knowledge of QI principles and aims. - Possess sound knowledge of Coaching methodology and aims. - Have successfully completed the CPSO QI program in the past and are willing to complete the newest iteration of the program within 3 months of hire. - Previous experience with QI program development, implementation, and/or evaluation is an asset. - Bilingual in French and English languages, both in verbal and written communication is an asset. - Possess in-depth knowledge of CPSO policies. - Promote and uphold a high standard of evidence-based practice. - Have a strong sense of professional responsibility demonstrated by a commitment to life-long learning through active participation in continuing professional development. - Possess a demonstrated record of being a positive and solutions-focused contributor within a collaborative, team-based environment and ability to maintain the same. - Be skilled or experienced in the provision and receipt of constructive feedback. - Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, as well as formal report writing experience. - Technological proficiency is required, and experience with EMR system(s) is an asset. - Strong analytical skills and an aptitude toward critical thinking are crucial. - Self-directed and demonstrated time-management skillset, with ability to manage complex and competing priorities and respond to unique situations as they arise. - Additional academic qualifications, e.g., Masters or other qualifications in Quality Improvement are a definite asset.
