• Deliver remarkable customer service to our Industrial and DTI customers • Provide expert support during onboarding • Ensure timely and accurate order management • Promptly address customer inquiries and resolve any issues • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and expertise in our Red Wing for Business programs, services, products, pricing, and procedures • Provide dedicated customers with an exceptional customer experience, exceeding their expectations through friendly, knowledgeable, and timely service • Collaborate with our sales team and customers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new accounts • Engage in quarterly and annual account review calls to ensure customers are leveraging our capabilities and experiencing outstanding service • Serve as a Tier 2 resource for problem resolution, assisting both customers and team members • Identify customers' invoicing needs and propose solutions that align with their program specifications • Document all customer interactions and information accurately in Salesforce.com • Execute defined processes to maintain the integrity of Customer Master Data in our system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent to four years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of our product offerings and services
- Experience with a wide range of information systems, including ERP, CRM, reporting tools, and others
- Ability to work independently on tasks with controlled access/authorization
- Exceptional attention to detail while handling multiple or repetitive tasks
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines
- High level of integrity while managing multiple priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to enforce guidelines and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
