• This role is responsible for optimizing sales in an existing set of mid-market accounts by strengthening customer relations and focusing on continually growing revenue based on customer needs. • Bringing in new business to expand sales coverage beyond the existing customer base. • Managing the sales pipeline in their territory to ensure optimization of opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle.
• Initiating contact with prospects and customers to sell assigned product and service categories via telephone, email, and other electronic media • Identify and qualify new business prospects • Move those prospects along the sales funnel to an appropriate conclusion • Outbound lead generation and inbound lead qualification • Manage inbound leads from website, stores, campaigns, and phone inquiries • Execute qualification process to set introduction meetings with appropriate sales resources • Identify, qualify, and deliver sales opportunities within Small Business, Mid-Market, and National/Global segments across Industrial RWfB portfolio • Respond to contact initiated by customers or prospects via telephone, email • Understand customer's needs or requirements and move the opportunity towards a sale, meeting, or other relevant outcome
• accountable for leading and expanding Red Wing’s most strategic wholesale partnerships • responsible for long‑term growth planning, sell‑in/sell‑through performance, and cross‑functional alignment • drive strategy across wholesale channels to achieve brand presence and profitability goals • oversee and develop a team of Key Account Managers for strategy execution and revenue goals • provide insights on business needs to the Managing Director of North America Wholesale • direct and manage key account acquisition and business growth • collaborate with Product Creation and Marketing for product and marketing strategy • leverage insights and analytics for resource deployment and future strategy development • achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budget • manage existing account relationships and drive expansion and renewals • manage assigned staff and provide clarity of roles and responsibilities
• Organizing and assisting in the supervision of banquet servers, bartenders, and house personnel • Ensuring all banquet events are executed smoothly and providing exceptional guest service • Implementing staff effectiveness through communication, coaching, counseling, and performance appraisal • Enforcing systems, policies, and procedures • Acting as department head in manager’s absence • Investigating and resolving service complaints • Ensuring all banquet spaces are clean, organized, and prepared • Mastering Point of Sale, Sales & Catering, and Inventory Management programs • Assisting in recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of new staff • Complying with Health Code guidelines
