• Ensure recruitment tasks assigned for projects are executed • Proactively plan and organize panel recruitment solutions • Provide updates to project management team • Call users to reactivate accounts and confirm email addresses • Resolve project specific issues for members/respondents • Build and maintain strong relationships with panel members via communication • Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on data quality procedures

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Degree level or equivalent experience
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mail
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
  • Ability to ask probing questions and ensure audiences feel supported.
