Role Description Buscamos um(a) Closer Sênior B2B com perfil altamente consultivo, estratégico e orientado a resultados para conduzir negociações de alto valor com empresas de diferentes segmentos, contribuindo diretamente para o crescimento e expansão da operação comercial. - Conduzir reuniões comerciais consultivas com decisores de médias e grandes empresas; - Diagnosticar necessidades organizacionais e propor soluções de educação corporativa alinhadas aos desafios do cliente; - Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais personalizadas; - Gerenciar negociações complexas envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders; - Atuar no fechamento de contratos de treinamentos, programas de desenvolvimento e soluções educacionais corporativas; - Realizar follow-ups estratégicos até a assinatura do contrato; - Trabalhar em parceria com as equipes de SDR, Marketing e Customer Success; - Alimentar CRM e manter o pipeline atualizado; - Desenvolver relacionamento de longo prazo com clientes e parceiros estratégicos; - Acompanhar indicadores comerciais, previsões de vendas e metas estabelecidas. Qualifications - Experiência sólida como Closer, Executivo de Contas ou Consultor Comercial B2B; - Histórico comprovado de alta performance em vendas consultivas; - Experiência em negociações de médio e alto ticket; - Vivência na venda de consultorias, serviços, treinamentos, soluções empresariais ou tecnologia; - Excelente comunicação e capacidade de conduzir reuniões executivas; - Conhecimento em metodologias de vendas consultivas (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling ou similares); - Experiência com CRM e gestão de funil comercial; - Capacidade de interpretar cenários de negócios e identificar oportunidades de crescimento para os clientes. Requirements - Experiência em consultorias empresariais, educação corporativa, aceleração de negócios ou franquias; - Conhecimento sobre gestão empresarial, finanças, processos, vendas e liderança; - Vivência atendendo empresários de pequenas e médias empresas; - Networking com empreendedores e gestores.
