Role Description A Gi Group em parceria com construtora, estamos contratando Analista de R&S: - Modalidade de contrato: Home office (Ter fácil acesso para São Bernardo para retirar o equipamento) - Contrato: Temporário de 120 dias - Atividades: - Analisar e gerir as solicitações de pessoal provenientes das áreas e unidades de negócio, realizando alinhamentos com gestores requisitantes e Business Partners para levantamento e validação dos perfis profissionais, garantindo o correto entendimento das necessidades e o início estruturado dos processos seletivos. - Planejar e executar a divulgação das oportunidades nos canais internos e externos mais aderentes, conduzindo estratégias de atração, triagem e mapeamento de talentos diversos e qualificados, com o objetivo de ampliar a assertividade das contratações e fortalecer as práticas de diversidade e inclusão. - Conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, incluindo entrevistas por competências, aplicação de avaliações, elaboração de pareceres técnicos e apresentação de candidatos finalistas aos gestores, assegurando a identificação de profissionais alinhados às competências requeridas, à cultura organizacional e aos valores da EcoRodovias. - Monitorar e atualizar controles de registros relacionados aos processos de recrutamento e seleção, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações, o acompanhamento dos resultados para suporte à tomada de decisão estratégica por meio de dados e métricas de gestão. - Realizar a comunicação e devolutiva aos candidatos em todas as etapas do processo seletivo, conduzir programas de integração de novos colaboradores e apoiar processos de recrutamento interno, promovendo uma experiência positiva aos candidatos, fortalecendo a marca empregadora e incentivando a mobilidade interna de talentos. • Work on activities related to the payment acquiring market or payment methods; • Handle credit, debit and PIX transactions; • Understand the capture and authorization flow; • Apply knowledge of ISO 8583 protocols and transactional communication; • Use POS terminals, TEF and capture solutions; • Analyze and handle operational incidents; • Perform data analysis and problem resolution; • Apply security standards and PCI certifications; • Work on certification and acceptance testing of terminals and applications; • Collaborate on certification, pilot and rollout projects.

** Please upload your resume in English** ROLE SUMMARY As part of the Clinical Data Collection Strategies (CDCS) group, an integral delivery unit within the Clinical Development Information Sciences (CDIS) organization, the Database Analyst is responsible for the programming of high-quality clinical databases. Responsible for supporting assigned segments of the Pfizer portfolio. Accountabilities to include the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases, ensuring the integrity of clinical data, application of standards supporting consistency in asset/submission data.
